To request your personal credit summary you must log in at mijnkredietregistratie.nl. If you are logging in for the first time, you will need to create an account and provide identification. You will need iDIN to do that. If you cannot create an account because your bank does not support iDIN, complete the request form and send it to us with a copy of your identity card. We do not need your citizen service number or photo, so please cover those. Our address is mentioned on the form. As soon as we receive your request and finish processing it, we will send the credit summary to you by post.

Your credit summary lists all your personal and business credit registrations at BKR. It also shows any notifications regarding situations occurring during the term of your credit agreement. If you do not see any credit in the summary, you probably do not have any credit that needs to be registered at BKR.

We use several notifications to indicate the status of your credit registration.

Would you like to have a paper copy showing all of your details in a summary? You can request us to send you a certified copy of your credit summary. The summary will show the most recent version of your credit details. It also has an original certification stamp, which you may need when taking out a new loan. Log in at mijnkredietregistratie.nl and order the certified credit summary for € 15.95. When you have placed your order, you will receive the summary at your home within a few days.

Yes, that is possible. It means any credit or arrears you have are not known to us.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with an English-language credit summary. We only provide personal credit summaries in Dutch. We do have an English glossary that will hopefully be helpful for you.

Checking your credit summary online is free of charge. You can view and check your personal details at any time. Do you need a certified credit summary? This is a certified credit summary showing all of your credit details. It will assure the party requesting your credit summary that it is an authentic summary generated by BKR's register. Log in at mijnkredietregistratie.nl and order the certified credit summary for € 16.45. When you have placed your order, you will receive the summary at the address you indicated within a few days.

Yes, that is possible. If you have a bank account in the Netherlands, you can request your details online, where you'll always find your updated details. You can view your registration free of charge. If you don't have a bank account in the Netherlands, use the application form to request your personal BKR details. Complete the form online, print it and send it to us with a copy of your identity card. We do not need your citizen service number or photo, so please cover those. This is easy to do with the KopieID app provided by the government. The app strikes through any details that organisations do not need or are not allowed to process. If you don't have the app or don't want to use it, you can delete the details manually. In both cases, we advise you to provide the copy with a watermark.
