To request your personal credit summary you must log in at mijnkredietregistratie.nl. If you are logging in for the first time, you will need to create an account and provide identification. You will need iDIN to do that. If you cannot create an account because your bank does not support iDIN, complete the request form and send it to us with a copy of your identity card. We do not need your citizen service number or photo, so please cover those. Our address is mentioned on the form. As soon as we receive your request and finish processing it, we will send the credit summary to you by post.

Your credit summary lists all your personal and business credit registrations at BKR. It also shows any notifications regarding situations occurring during the term of your credit agreement. If you do not see any credit in the summary, you probably do not have any credit that needs to be registered at BKR.

Yes, that is possible. It means any credit or arrears you have are not known to us.

Yes, you can easily download your credit overview using the download button shown with your credit details. This overview shows your information as it is registered in our credit register at the moment of download. This includes, among other things, your personal data and information about your current and terminated credits. This overview is a snapshot of the data known to us at that specific moment. You can download the file as a PDF, save it on your device, or print it for your own records. Please note: this overview contains personal data. Handle it with care and only share it when necessary and only with parties you trust. If you need a document to share with third parties, you can request a certified credit overview. We have compiled this overview with the utmost care, based on the data registered with us. Do you believe something is incorrect? Please contact your credit provider.

Viewing your credit overview online is free. Would you like an certified overview of all your data? You can order this for €17.50 when you log in. After placing your order, you will receive the overview within a few days by post at the postaddress you provided.

Yes, that is possible. If you have a bank account in the Netherlands, you can request your details online, where you'll always find your updated details. You can view your registration free of charge. If you don't have a bank account in the Netherlands, use the application form to request your personal BKR details. Complete the form online, print it and send it to us with a copy of your identity card. We do not need your citizen service number or photo, so please cover those. This is easy to do with the KopieID app provided by the government. The app strikes through any details that organisations do not need or are not allowed to process. If you don't have the app or don't want to use it, you can delete the details manually. In both cases, we advise you to provide the copy with a watermark.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with an English-language credit summary. We only provide personal credit summaries in Dutch. We do have an English glossary that will hopefully be helpful for you.
