If you think your credit registration is incorrect, please get in touch with the credit provider who is responsible for the registration. They can verify whether your credit registration is justified and can modify or remove it if necessary. If the credit provider disagrees with you, you may either accept their explanation or file a request with the Financial Services Complaints Tribunal (Kifid). This is free of charge and can be done online. You may also file your request with BKR.
This depends on your credit provider. If your credit provider approves your request to modify your details, they will usually process it within one workday. If you notice that your details have not been modified yet, your credit provider has not adjusted them in our system. If you wish to know how long it will take, please contact your credit provider. Their contact details can be found in your credit summary.
If your personal details (for example your address) are incorrect, check whether these details relate to a current credit agreement or one that has ended. If the incorrect details relate to a current credit, it needs to be modified. Unfortunately, we cannot do that for you. Please get in touch with your credit provider to find out why your personal details are incorrect. They can modify the details for you. Their contact details can be found in your credit summary.
