Why do I need to provide identification?
When you request your credit summary, we want to be sure it’s really you. That is why we ask you to provide identification. We need to know for sure the information will be going to the right person. We use iDIN for that purpose. This is a service provided by banks that lets you provide identification to other organisations using your bank's secure and trusted login tools.
Why can’t I use my BSN or DigiD?
We are not allowed to accept DigiD or citizen service numbers (BSN) for identification purposes. That is why we work with iDIN.
If you cannot use iDIN to provide identification, complete the request form and send it to us with a copy of your identity card. We do not need your citizen service number or photo, so please cover those. Our address is mentioned on the form. As soon as we receive your request and finish processing it, we will send the credit summary to you by post.
