How do I provide identification with iDIN if I have a joint bank account?
You each have your own bank card
Do you have a joint account and is it only possible for one of you to log in via iDIN? In most cases, this person is the principal account holder. You can do two things to enable the other person to log in:
- Ask your bank to modify your settings for iDIN to enable both of you to log in with your own bank card. Then, both of you can make your own account to view your personal details.
- Check whether the online link of your bank account corresponds with your name. Log in to your bank account to view your personal details there. If your own name shows up here, you don't need to take action. If the name of the other bank account holder shows up here, change it.
If you still cannot log in, request a copy of your credit summary via the application form.
You use a shared bank card
If you use a shared bank card, you cannot use it to provide identification via iDIN. If this is the case, you can request a copy of your credit summary via the application form.
